THE ARTIST

Lucy Kuwahara is a Canadian artist born in Chile and became interested in painting in early childhood.

She enjoys painting anything where she can find color, light, and contrast; her paintings reflect her love for life.

She can be found working on her canvas in front of picturesque vistas of parks, farms, gardens or ponds.

She signs her paintings Fuyi because her middle name is Fuyiko, and close friends and family call her Fuyi.
